Decent hotel for stay but overpriced

Cleanliness and decent basement parking. Staff was good and treated with respect.

The breakfast variety was limited, some items limited in quantity and normal in taste. Bed was not comfy at par with similar good brand hotels and smaller in size. We checked in after 5 pm. and requested a slightly late check out at 3 pm. but were denied despite low hotel occupancy and end of weekend, which is odd from customer retention perspective. Slightly overpriced with offered services.

1- I spent 3 nights and every day I had to go to reception to fix the door card. 2- long time for check in and check out. 3- you have to ask for cleaning services 4- Bathroom shower is bad and when you take a shower all the bathroom floor will be filled with water 5- No hot water 6- Bad Wifi 7- lighting of the room is also bad

Queen bed was super comfy and spacious for two people.

Queen bed was super comfy and spacious for two people. I'm a bit guy and I had no issue. Room was nicely decorated and quite modern. Loved the lighting. Bathroom was nice with a big shower and glass shower door. Breakfast was value for.money.

On the second day we asked for the room to be cleaned in the morning by leaving the tag on the door. Came back around 5 pm to find it hadn't been done. Called reception and room service to complain, they apologised and said it would be done. Went out and came back tired around at 10.30 pm to find the cleaners in the room! They had just started!

Reception person is not well manner person. I reached the hotel 11:30 am due to weather issue, but he not allow me to check in before 1 pm which was very bed experience for me 1st time.

Not as expected.

Bed was comfortable - I noticed this in the morning when I woke up having slept rather well. Location is great. Lots of restaurant and coffee shop options around, so I was able to walk around easily. Safe area and definitely a nice part of Khobar.

Well, one thing is for sure - I am not staying at this hotel again in the future. The rooms are poorly lit. I had a panic attack when I entered the room because there was no natural light. The window faced a wall - and the only lighting in the room was a lamp and two side table lamps and the WHITE LIGHT (which almost made me puke!) in the corridoor. I immediately had to ask to change the room or I would leave the hotel. I was moved to another room with a small view of the street but slightly better in terms of getting some outside light in. No extra facility in the hotel, no spa jaccuzi or sauna for some relax and retreat. The night staff was very rude. I had a colleague visit me at night and he had to go through so many questions at the reception before allowing to come upstairs. He was also told he could only stay ten minutes. Terrible! Front desk staff were difficult to deal with and didn't speak fluent enough English.

Worth the money

The hotel is new and very well made for the price range it is in. Worth it.

Staff needs to be more welcoming (e.g a hello atleast would be enough aswell. Room service was horrible and totally different from the description.

The bed is too small for a couple! Also the water boiler is so dirty!. I can't make a cup of tea. When I arrived the room is too hot and air conditioner took hours to get the room cold
